Kelly McCoy, LPC
If you’re reading this, I would like to congratulate you on taking steps to improve your mental health. We all struggle; it is in the human condition. Do not feel alone. Whether what you’re dealing with is traumatic and sudden, or an ongoing problem that has been plaguing you for years, I believe that counseling is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
I am a Master’s level Licensed Professional Counselor and I’ve been working in mental health since 2011. I have worked in hospitals, residential treatment centers, outpatient programs, community mental health, private practice, group counseling, individual counseling and family counseling. I’ve helped people with depression, anxiety, addiction issues, trauma, bipolar disorder, impulse control problems, general stress and much more.
I use primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but am adept at bringing in other modalities as appropriate and needed for your situation. My goal is to help you see the positive changes in your life that you’re seeking.
