We are excited to be able to offer Telehealth Services or Video Therapy using HIPAA compliant Zoom Telehealth Software.
The Zoom software can be used with Windows; Mac; android; iPad and iPhone.
The advantages of video therapy include:
- no more waiting in a waiting room.
- not having to drive to your appointment
- having sessions from the privacy of your own home or office
- no need to acquire a babysitter if you have young children.
- individuals who travel for business can keep their therapy appointments
The Zoom platform is committed to protecting the security and privacy of True Connections data. This includes enabling us to be compliant with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
Personal health information means any information related to:
- the provisioning of healthcare services and treatment
- payment for the provisioning of healthcare services
- mental or physical health information
