When my youngest child started kindergarten, I realized I wanted to pursue meaningful work. Guided by my love of people and compassion for the hurting, I earned my degree in counseling—a decision that has brought me both passion and joy.

I believe the therapeutic relationship lays the foundation for a meaningful counseling experience. I feel honored to walk alongside clients through life’s hardships, supporting them as they work to break free from the mental and emotional traps of anxiety, depression, and the ups and downs that can so often blindside us. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling stuck in painful memories of past trauma, or struggling in your relationships, you don’t have to face it alone.

Together, we will create a collaborative plan, setting achievable goals guided by your personal values and an evidence-based approach. My commitment is to provide a space that feels warm, empathetic, nonjudgmental, and authentic—so that you feel supported as you move toward healing and growth.

I have experience supporting people living with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, chronic illness, and adjustment challenges. My goal is not just to address a diagnosis, but to help each person navigate life in a way that feels meaningful and true to their values. I take a person-centered approach and draw on techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide practical tools that make it easier to take positive steps, even when life feels overwhelming.

Outside of work, I’m chasing after my two kids and our pets, enjoying Taco Tuesday with friends, pretending to be crafty, and staying active in my church community.
