What if I do not have insurance?
1
If you do not have insurance or an insurance we accept, you will be a “self-pay” client. You can find each therapist’s self pay rate on their “meet the team” page, or you can contact the office for further info. Your intake paperwork will include a copy of the good faith estimate to ensure price transparency.
What insurances do you take?
2
We currently accept Bluecross Blueshield, Cigan, Aetna, United Health Care & Tricare Insurance. Insurances accepted may vary depending on the provider. If you have a different insurance then the ones listed, we encourage you to call your health insurance company to see if your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits.
What will my co-pay be?
We kindly ask that you upload a picture of your insurance card to our patient portal prior to your first session. After the first session, our insurance and billing team will reach out to your insurance provider to get the exact co-pay amount you will owe at each session. Sometimes this process may take some time and we may not know the exact amount owed until after the first claim is processed. To expedite this, we encourage you to call your insurance provider prior to your first session.
