EMDR Trauma Therapy
According to EMDRIA: “ Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an extensively researched, proven therapy designed to help people recover from trauma and PTSD. EMDR uses guided "bilateral stimulation"—such as side-to-side eye movements—to help the brain safely reprocess traumatic memories, reducing their emotional intensity and vividness.”

Couples Counseling
Couples counseling provides a safe space for couples to navigate communication, conflict, connection and general life struggles. Couples will work alongside the counselor to receive feedback, coaching, attachment work and build a healthier way of being.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy can be delivered alongside a professional therapist in a variety of modalities. It can be used to cope with mental disorders, life transitions, traumatic events, or simply give you the tools you need to better navigate life. Psychotherapy involves the active participation of the client as you process in session, and then apply what you’ve learned outside of session.

Play Therapy
Child centered play therapy is a research based non-directive therapy used with children ages 3-12 years old. The therapist facilities a permissive and emotional safe environment, so that the child is able to process their emotions through the play. The child centered play therapist regularly meets with parents to collaborate on goals.
